Class Description:
A full-day, 8-hour leadership course for supervisors, building on Day 1’s foundation. Participants work through human performance principles and interactive exercises designed to develop them into safety leaders who mentor crews and are empowered to stop unsafe work. This course is mandatory for anyone in a supervisory role on a Basin United site and must be renewed every two years.
