Motor Repair Mechanic (Hereford)

Need an individual with mechanical aptitude who wants to train to become a Motor Repair Technician. 

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot various types of electric motors, including AC and DC motors.
  • Disassemble motors to assess and identify issues with components.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty motor parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct tests to evaluate repaired motors for functionality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and manufacturer specifications throughout the repair process.
  • Maintain accurate records of motor repairs, parts used, and testing results.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Must have proven mechanical ability. Will train eager worker. Must be able to stand, bend, squat, lift and carry for long periods. Must be able to work varied hours with overtime possible, including weekends. Must be will to perform other duties.

Entry Level Mechanic (Lubbock)

Need an individual with mechanical experience or aptitude who wants to train to work on electric motors. Will train eager workers, but experience is a plus. Must be able to stand, bend, squat, lift and carry for long periods. Must be able to work varied hours with overtime possible, including weekends. Wage is dependent on experience.

Field Service Mechanic

These mechanics go to customer sites to repair, maintain and install motors.  The ideal candidate would have a driver’s license and a good driving record.  This job requires a lot of travel, including overnight stays.

Motor/Compressor Field Service Technician (Experienced only)

We are seeking a Motor/Compressor Field Service Mechanic to be based out of our Fort Worth Facility. The Mechanic’s role will be to perform routine, preventive maintenance and repairs on electric motors.
