Automan Compressor

Automan oil-lubricated aluminium piston compressors are solid, robust and reliable. They are designed for professional applications where they offer trouble-free performance even under demanding circumstances.

  • Solid reliability – The Automan tank is powder coated, giving it the best protection against damage and corrosion. Its block is slow running, which extends its lifetime.
  • Durable components – The heavy-duty air intake filter is built to work reliably in dusty conditions and offers long service intervals. The TEFC motor is weather resistant thanks to Class F insulation and IP54 protection. All models are equipped with a pressure reducing valve with quick coupling and .DO.L starter with a built in pressure differential switch making the compressor complete, ready to operate.
  • Air system integration – The GA WorkPlace Air System can be installed where you need compressed air. Its low noise operation and integrated air treatment equipment eliminates the need for a separate compressor room. All GA compressors are tested and delivered ready for use. The integrated options will reduce installation costs and pressure drops significantly, thus saving additional energy cost.

Intermech compressor FBR _ natural gas – refuelling stations

Atlas Copco’s BBR series of oil-lubricated reciprocating compressors meet your needs for high-pressure compressed natural gas at 250 and 310 bar(g). Compact, with very low vibration levels and a sealed crankcase, BBR compressors are the perfect solution for the compression of CNG. They can be fitted in packages with air-cooled exchangers and gas prime movers to give you robust, reliable compression solutions. BBR compressors conform to API 618, 661, 11 P, T.E.M.A.

VIP units are designed for the unloading of trailers. They utilize the pressure of the trailer gas tor reduce the daughter station power requirements. VIP accept variable inlet pressure down to 15 bar G. Discharge pressure is 250 bar. Motor power 75 kW.

Compact, with very low vibration levels and a sealed crankcase, CU/CT/CN compressors are the perfect solution for the compression of air, nitrogen, natural gas (NGV), hydrogen, noble gases and other industrial gases.

Atlas Copco CNG compressors – Intermech BBR

Atlas Copco high pressure BBR/ FBR reciprocating CNG compressors are built to be reliable and energy efficient with no compromise on safety. With their pressurized crankcase resulting in no loss of methane to the atmosphere, these direct driven machines find wide spread use in the demanding application of NGV stations. These air cooled compressors with motor or gas engine drive produce cool dense gas filling more standard cubic meter of gas into each vehicle or trailer. Along with the complementary CNG accessories it is a single stop solution for the NGV station owners.

  • Energy savings – the pressurized crankcase result in zero gas leakage. Prevent up to as much as 6 % of gas compressed from being vented to the atmosphere. The payback on account of this can recover the complete cost of the compressor in a few months. Direct drive eliminates belt drive and the corresponding transmission losses. The highly efficient block and generously sized piping and heat exchangers reduce pressure drop bringing down the power costs and operating expenses.

LT KE Marine Starting Air Compressor

The LT KE starting air compressors have capacities up to 125 hp. They withstand ambient temperatures up to 60°C, which makes them ideal for installing in an engine room.
