Brandon and Clark’s winding are produced in a climate controlled, humidity stabilized winding facility. This 5,000 square foot facility is separated from the rest of the shop to prevent winding contamination. Our winding facility houses eight winding machines and has a five ton hoist to assist with safe coil handling. The winding facility also houses our state of the art coil up-ending process which allows us to provide our customers with the strictest coil handling procedures in the industry.
Brandon and Clark Transformer Division was awarded it’s ISO 9001:2008 status in 2011. As a customer, you can rest assured that our repair process is of the highest quality backed by documentation and assurances that the job will be done properly.
In keeping with our green initiative, Brandon and Clark recycles all unusable material associated with repairs as a good steward of the environment, recycling copper and insulation paper from windings, as well as iron and core steel. This reduction in material use is also beneficial to the environment and lessens the pressure on raw material mining.
Only Choice materials are used in our repairs.

All Brandon and Clark transformer windings are produced from using copper conductor and nomex or dennison wrap insulation.
Copper windings offer advantages in transformer losses and mechanical strength which is particularly important for industrial applications where large motor starting loads are present.
Brandon and Clark has experienced staff of engineers who can convert your transformer’s windings from aluminum to copper.
